You can book a session through our contact form, via email, or by getting in touch directly for a free consultation. We’ll discuss your needs and find a time that works for you.

Yes. All new clients are welcome to a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide whether our approach feels right for you.

I offer integrative counselling, which means sessions are tailored to your needs. Techniques may include person-centred, gestalt, psychodynamic, systemic, solution-focused and CBT elements.

Absolutely. Everything you share is treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

I offer both, depending on what suits you best. Some clients prefer the comfort of online therapy, while others enjoy the face-to-face experience.
7. How many sessions will I need?
That varies from person to person. Some people benefit from a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. We’ll check in regularly to make sure the work remains helpful and relevant.

Completely. It’s okay to feel unsure or anxious. This is a safe, welcoming space where you’ll be met with warmth and understanding.
9. What are holistic therapies?
Holistic therapies take a whole-person approach to healing. I offer treatments that support emotional, mental, and physical balance — from energy work to calming practices that help restore wellness.
10. I have a medical condition, can I still have a treatment?
Certain medical conditions may restrict or prohibit the treatment. You can see this list on the holistic therapies page of what they are and the actions to take.
11. Can I have both counselling and holistic treatments with you?
Unfortunately, this would not be ethical to do. However, if you are a counselling client and need pampering, I can recommend other therapists. If you want to have a holistic treatment but then find you would like counselling, again, I can recommend other therapists.
